Meet Robin

Robin Quintero is a real estate advisor in Palm Beach County, FL and co-founder of The Q Team at Canvas Real Estate. She helps Palm Beach County homeowners sell their homes using modern marketing and strategic planning, then transition into their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

Serving western Palm Beach County and surrounding growth communities including Westlake, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, Palm Beach Gardens, Arden, and Avenir, Robin specializes in guiding homeowners through major life and real estate transitions. Many of the clients she works with are balancing important decisions around timing, equity, downsizing, relocation, or moving into new construction, and need a clear, structured plan to move forward without unnecessary stress.

Robin brings a unique background in finance, operations, underwriting systems, analytics, and technology infrastructure. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and spent decades working in complex, systems-driven environments where precision, planning, and adaptability were critical. That experience now shapes how she approaches real estate, helping homeowners make informed, confident decisions while simplifying what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

Her approach is grounded, strategic, and low-pressure. She focuses on preparation, pricing, and positioning so her clients can maximize their equity while creating a smooth, well-coordinated transition into their next home. Whether someone is selling a long-time family home, downsizing into a simpler lifestyle, or planning a move into a new construction community, Robin provides steady guidance every step of the way.

Through The Q Team and Palm Beach Pulse, she also serves as a trusted local voice documenting western Palm Beach County growth, new construction trends, and what daily life actually feels like throughout the region. Her insight helps homeowners and future residents better understand not just where they’re moving, but how it will impact their lifestyle.

For Robin, real estate is never just about the transaction. It’s about helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and a better fit for the next chapter of their lives.
